When wondering what else Toowoomba has to offer, go for a short road trip to Darling downs Zoo .Call a friend and head down with a fun road trip of 43 minutes, if you don’t have a licence get parents to drive or call a taxi for only $35. On entry, show your student card for a discount, or pay the full entry fee of $35.  The zoo holds an unimaginable endless supply of exotic animals, which you might get to feed the Monkeys. To keep your mind curious with the larger being lions, tigers, zebras, giraffe and less scary monkeys, meekats, birds and reptiles of all shapes and sizes. I recommend walking around the entire zoo as it is an easy walk with lovely views of kangaroos and long giraffes.  If your game enough you can to get close the lions, feel free to, don’t be afraid as there are fences between you and animals to ensure safety. Encounter with your favourites, depending on you courage you can feed lions for a fee but if that is too intense you can look at the lions.
